Rates: Rates can vary depending upon the time of year. Average regular rate is $200.00/night plus taxes . $1200.00/week plus taxes. During peak seasons and holidays, rates may vary. You may call for rates during your specified dates.
Damage Deposit: A $500.00 damage deposit will be collected at the time of your reservation. All rentals require a damage deposit. This deposit is security against damage. The cabin will be inspected after each tenants departure. If there are no problems, the damage deposit will be returned in full within 15 days of the departure date. If there are problems, you will be sent a letter explaining them and the costs for resolving them. These costs which will be deducted from the damage deposit, may include but are not limited to, charges for repairs, concealed pets, exceeding maximum occupancy, in cabin smoking, sales and hotel taxes,etc.. Guests damage deposits are not refunded at check out.
Payment: 50% of the total rental amount due plus the damage deposit will be collected at the time of the reservation. 100% is due no later 30 days prior to the reservation date. If full payment is not received prior to 30 days, you will lose your reservation, damage deposit, and rental payment already made. If reservations are made within 30 days of the reservation date , the full amount is due.
Cancellation Policy:To receive a full refund, you must cancel 45 days prior to arrival date. Less than 45 days notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of your payment to date.
Pet policy: No pets,inside or outside the cabin.
Smoking Policy: No smoking . If you smoke outside ,dispose of butts properly.and avoid smoke drifting into the cabin. There is a $200.00 cleaning fee for smoking in cabin, in addition to other fees assessed after check out.
Air Conditioning/Windows/Doors: A/C should be turned off if windows/doors are open
Towels and Linens: Towels and linens are provided. If during your stay a linen exchange is needed just call management at numbers provided. At check out please place all dirty linens and towels in basement by the washer and dryer.
Trash: Please place tied trash bags in large garbage can behind cabin. Upon check out please see that all trash is taken garbage can. Please do not throw any food out onto the property.
Gas Grill: Please clean gas grill and make sure the tank is in the off position after each use. A grill brush is provided. Please use caution in using gas grill.

Management reserves the right of immediate eviction for conduct that is a threat to persons or owners property.
